WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Interviewing is about discovering information about a person to determine if he or she is suitable for the organization. The employee needs to be prepared for the interview, or they will have a poor chance of winning the position. The interview is the chance to “sell” oneself to the interviewer and to win the position. It is also the last barrier before winning the position and requires certain skills for the interviewee to be successful.
