Cindy has over 20 years of writing and training experience working for The Nielsen Company. During her time at Nielsen, she and her teams were responsible for designing, selling, building, documenting, training, and supporting custom technology solutions for clients.
Some of her extensive client list included the LCBO, Kraft Canada, Procter & Gamble, Loblaw Companies, the Retail Council of Canada, Infrastructure Ontario, City of Richmond Hill, Region of Waterloo, Town of Gravenhurst, City of Vaughan, and Chatham-Kent.
With her wealth of experience in both technical and plain language writing, she is an expert in coaching people at all levels of writing skill to prepare professional business documents.
Cindy is a graduate of Ryerson University with a major in Business Computer Programming and Analysis and a minor in Business Communications.
She is also an active Diversity and Inclusion leader where she launched and supported employee resource groups at Nielsen Canada. Her teams were diverse and included global teams in Chile, India, and the US.
In her downtime, Cindy is an avid golfer.
