With over 25 years of leadership and facilitation experience, Pat is known for her energy, enthusiasm, creativity, and structured approach to the learning process.
Having worked as both a supervisor and manager/leader, she can demonstrate practical approaches to the most current communication theories. And her work with multi-cultural and unionized environments, government, and the education and private sectors has only increased her expertise and her understanding of the challenges in the workplace.
Pat holds an M.A. in adult education (Central Michigan University) and a B.A. in Psychology (York University). She is also a Certified Training and Development Professional.
