WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
More and more work is being done by teams; therefore, more and more work must be done in meetings. How effective and efficient are your meetings?
If you and your 10 employees spend 10 minutes a day in a meeting that does not have any results, you have wasted 8.9 hours that week. Depending on the hourly wages of you and your staff, the cost of that wasted time could be enormous over a period of a year.
This half-day workshop provides managers and team leaders with the skills they need to plan and conduct effective and productive meetings.

Planning the meeting
- Creating an agenda that identifies everything needed
- Determining the attendee list: who should be there
- Inviting them to the meeting ahead of time
Making the meeting productive
- Opening a meeting effectively
- Facilitating a meeting
- Getting people to show up on time
- Creating action items to support new ideas and work plans
Putting it all together
- Creating a personal action plan for future meetings
