Work-life balance is the most talked about item because for most of us it is unbalanced. Organizations state that employees need to have this balance and then work pressures pile up. In this workshop, you will have a chance to discover personal stress factors and control issues, develop a look at how to be balanced in this busy world, and commit to finding a continued sense of control.

Develop Control Techniques
- Identify who is in control
- Determine your ability to control the environment
- Determine how to communicate when demand and control conflict
Stress Management
- Analyze personal stress using the stress satisfaction model
- Create a personal mission statement
- Identify ways to eliminate stress caused by work/life unbalance
Wheel of life
- Work through the areas for work home balance
- Create a Wheel of Life
- Identify areas that are unbalanced
- Decide which are most important
Using energy cycles to balance work loads
- Analyze personal energy cycle
- Create personal time lines for high productive work flows
- Commit to setting up a system of time and energy balance
Commitment to future lifestyle balance
- Write a commitment statement to do the following post training:
- Fill in the wheel of life daily and maintain a balanced lifestyle
