Her specialty? Cutting through self doubt, fear of failure, and Imposter Syndrome–the hidden blockers that keep talented people playing small. Brenda’s mission is simple: help individuals level up, get unstuck, and unlock the potential that transforms careers, teams, and organizations.
With more than 10,000 hours of coaching, facilitation, and interviewing, Brenda is known for her relatable, energetic, and deeply human approach. She listens intently, brings clarity to ambiguity, and turns complex ideas into common sense. Her sessions are engaging, uplifting, and refreshingly real–always grounded in empathy and sprinkled with humour. She believes that people are the heart of every organization and is committed to helping individuals look forward to Mondays more by bringing their best and most authentic selves to work (on most days as we are human after all).
Brenda’s educational background blends psychology and business, with a Degree in Psychology, postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management, and multiple personal development credentials, including certification as a Happiness Life Coach.
When she’s not immersed in personal development, Brenda is cheering on the Blue Jays, planning her next adventure, carving out gym time, or enjoying meaningful moments with her loved ones. She’s also the proud mom of two young men making their own way in the world.
