Darren brings over 25 years experience across sectors including social and community services, government, innovation and research, and academia.
As an educator and facilitator, Darren brings an engaging and interactive style that inspires individuals and teams to discover their creative potential and ignite the leader in every chair.
Darren is an Associate Faculty Member in the School of Leadership at Royal Roads University and holds a Master of Education and Doctor of Education from the University of Toronto (OISE), a Graduate Certificate in Values-Based Leadership from Royal Roads University, and an Executive Education Certificate in Leadership for the 21st Century from the Harvard Kennedy School.
Darren is married with three children. In his down time, he enjoys walks with his family and the family’s dog Milo.
