Michael started his career by working as an instructor for various corporate training organizations and colleges. Providing training in the Microsoft Office suite of applications has given him an in-depth expertise in each application.
Later, Michael made the shift to technical training. Using Microsoft Official Curriculum materials, he provided courses designed to help network administrators acquire and maintain various Microsoft Certified Professional designations (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, etc.).
He then took a break from training and joined the Canadian Diabetes Association. Working as a network administrator and project manager, Michael was responsible for the association’s computers, servers, printers, and network infrastructure. He was a key contributor to various IT-related projects including relocating their head office’s substantial technology assets and selecting and implementing a voice over IP PBX and telephone system.
Fortunately for us, Michael has returned to the world of training with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel Training and Microsoft Project.
His unique and engaging presentation style keeps participants engaged and increases their learning curve.
