The 6 Gear Engine of Teamwork helps leaders improve how work moves through their teams using the 6 Types of Working Genius framework. The course focuses on aligning individual strengths, responsibilities, and workflow stages to reduce friction, delays, unclear ownership, and over-reliance on key team members.
Optimize your group’s productivity by ensuring that your team’s roles and responsibilities are properly aligned with their individual strengths and skills. Participants will use the 6 Types of Working Genius framework to identify their own personal proficiencies and shortcomings, uncover gaps or imbalances within the team, and recognize where projects tend to hit roadblocks.
Discover how to align people, projects, and priorities with the work that brings out their best. The Working Genius Leadership Lab gives leaders a practical framework for improving collaboration, reducing frustration, and building teams that work with greater clarity, energy, and impact.
Participants at this workshop will learn effective persuasion styles and how to improve their ability to influence others. The conflict management training will teach the participants how to recognize the causes of interpersonal conflict and to become aware of the emotional triggers to prevent explosive situations.
