Denise brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, facilitation, and training development across both public and private sectors. She has delivered soft skills training in areas such as leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, conflict management, time management, business writing, and more. Her career highlights include designing and implementing corporate, brand, and train-the-trainer programs for various hospitality companies across Canada.
Known for her supportive, down-to-earth, and highly engaging facilitation style, Denise is passionate about helping individuals grow personally and professionally. She holds an Arts/English degree from St. Mary’s University, a Teachers and Trainers of Adults certificate from Algonquin College, and multiple corporate training certifications including Master Trainer and Certified Designated Trainer.
Originally from Halifax, Denise is a lifelong learner with a love for world travel—having explored 37 countries and counting. When she’s not facilitating or planning her next adventure, she enjoys unwinding with a paintbrush in hand, dabbling in watercolours.
