Elizabeth Soltis is an organizational development practitioner, collaboration specialist, group facilitator, leadership coach, and social change architect. Elizabeth believes that skillful collaboration is the key to responding to complex issues and to discovering creative, sustainable solutions.
For many years, Elizabeth has supported businesses, NGO, government and social profit groups with transformational team-building. She enables people to address challenges, gain clarity, harness wisdom and make empowered decisions. This includes United Nations teams around the world. In partnership with clients, Elizabeth strengthens group learning, change, and effectiveness. As a global citizen and advocate of social and eco-justice, Elizabeth has worked in, visited or volunteered in over 80 countries.
Elizabeth’s global experience is complemented by a Master of Arts (International Relations) degree, a diploma in Human Resource Management and certificates in Adult Education, Life Skills Facilitation, Empowerment Coaching, and Shamanic Wisdom.
