Leena Sharma Seth (she/her/they) is known for her expertise in helping organizations foster inclusive, equitable workplaces through conflict transformation and leadership development.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in the non-profit, philanthropy and consulting sectors, Leena has worked with a range of organizations, offering transformative insights on building cultures of belonging and collaboration. Her practical experience in conflict transformation, inclusive process design, and facilitation has made her a trusted partner in healing and building inclusive organizational cultures and addressing systemic barriers within teams.
Leena’s approach focuses on both in-person and virtual environments, ensuring participants are actively engaged in learning and applying strategies that promote equity and inclusion.
Leena’s holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Management, is a trained community mediator, a Circle Way Facilitator, and Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional (CCIP).
Leena lives in Burlington, Ontario with her husband and two children.
