Sharon has been a management consultant and coach for over 25 years. She provides executive coaching to both individual leaders and their teams. Her focus is on helping leaders understand themselves and the people they lead so they can accelerate both their leadership impact and the effectiveness of their teams.
She has turned “troubled” teams into highly effective ones by uncovering underlying assumptions that were getting in the way of performance. And she has helped senior leaders break through patterns that were no longer working for them.
Sharon has designed and delivered numerous learning programs on leadership and communications for a number of organizations ranging from three-hour online sessions to five-day residential programs. She has also worked with Conestoga, Sheridan and Humber colleges delivering leadership programs for senior managers, directors, and C suite executives.
Sharon holds an Honours B.SC from the University of Guelph and a certificate in adult education from George Brown College.
