METHODOLOGY
This half-day workshop is highly interactive involving participants in assessments, gap analysis, surveys, individual and group activities, and discussions.
We will be applying the tools to existing change challenges though practice will be limited due to time constraints. Participants will be provided with worksheets so they can apply the tools after the session.
Participants will develop personal action plans to ensure the learnings from the session will provide immediate benefits.
