Brad Grant offers a new approach to team dynamics and leadership. With over 17 years of sales, account management, executive coaching and consulting experience, Brad Grant brings a deep understanding of team dynamics to the workplace.
Using his training and experience as an executive coach, a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, and a Professional Innovation Advisor, he guides individuals and teams into identifying their own “truths.” From there, participants learn to tap into their own creativity and problem-solving skills.
Brad believes that by developing these skills the team’s dynamics will be stronger. This will allow allow them to co-create new solutions to the problems they face. Using this philosophy, Brad has successfully worked with professionals from all levels within the corporate structure, from the C-suite and executive leadership teams, to mid-management and sales teams.
Brad holds an Economics Degree from The University of Western Ontario, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
