WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Are you a sponsor for an upcoming project? Are you a team member who does not understand project terms and processes and would like to understand more? Are you a resource to a project and you really don’t get what the fuss is about? This overview will provide the knowledge you need to contribute to successful project execution.

Pre-Work
Participants will be asked to complete an electronic survey designed to identify their project management experience level, projects that they have worked on and their specific needs and issues relative to project management. The facilitator summarizes this information for discussion in the workshop to ensures these issues and needs are addressed in the workshop.
