One of the leading causes of the high number of change initiatives failures (around 80% failure rate) is not even about change management. It is about the connection between and management and project management. This short and fast-paced program helps participants ensure that there is a realistic and meaningful connection between the change initiative an the project(s) that drive the change. It also helps ensure that the change management needs are accounted for (in time, resources, money, and risk) in the project plan.
This unique session provides participants with the ability to better position themselves and their organizations for success, based on the context of both the change initiative at stake, and the projects surrounding it. In most organizations, the interactions, handoffs, dynamics, and touchpoints between the change initiatives and project management are loose, flawed, appear as an afterthought, or are missing altogether.
