His 20 years in sales and marketing – for some of the world’s largest companies, such as Compaq Computers (now HP), CDW, Ingram Micro, and Xerox – have given him a wealth of knowledge, experience, and anecdotes in customer service and employee interaction.
Deep’s intensive business experience allows him to be comfortable in all aspects of business writing whether it’s sending a simple email, preparing a business case, writing a lengthy report, or preparing a policy and procedure.
A former business owner, involved in leading-edge virtual reality entertainment, Deep knows how to teach in both F2F and online environments and to engage his participants and to strengthen their learning.

Deep holds a degree in Economics from the University of Toronto. He is married with two children. In his spare time, he designs jewellery.
