WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Effective teams don’t happen by accident. As workplaces navigate changing expectations, new and long-standing colleagues, and in-person, remote and hybrid ways of working, strong communication, trust and connection become increasingly important.

Participants examine psychological safety, communication, individual strengths and the behaviours that help teams work effectively together. They leave with practical individual and team actions they can put to work immediately.
