Mental health challenges and stigma continue to impact employee wellbeing, workplace culture, and organizational performance. Many employees and leaders lack the confidence, language, and tools to recognize declining mental health or respond effectively. This program addresses stigma, promotes proactive mental health practices, and supports the creation of psychologically safer and more resilient workplaces.
The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-based mental health training program designed to shift how people think, feel, and act with respect to mental health in the workplace. The program moves beyond illness-focused approaches by promoting awareness, resilience, and supportive workplace culture. Participants learn to recognize signs of declining mental health in themselves and others, engage in open conversations, and apply practical strategies to support wellbeing and psychological safety.
