WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Feedback is given daily, not just during formal performance times. Leaders may find feedback a challenge if they are uncomfortable giving and receiving feedback. Productivity goes up, stress levels go down. What a team environment that would be! Effective leaders provide feedback in such a way that it makes a positive difference.
