WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Feedback is given daily, not just during formal performance times.  Leaders may find feedback a challenge if they are uncomfortable giving and receiving feedback.  Productivity goes up, stress levels go down.  What a team environment that would be!  Effective leaders provide feedback in such a way that it makes a positive difference.  Effective questioning improves the communication relationship.  This session ensures leaders learn the best techniques for obtaining the information they want.
