WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

In the history of human kind the pace of change has never been greater! Driven by the impact of technology; increasing volume of information; the growing expectations of more knowledgeable customers and employees; the pressures of a more competitive (often) global marketplace; and constant demands for our time and for productivity, the value of effective leadership must not be underestimated.
Much of what we know or associate with leadership is no longer valid in this environment. Our approach to leadership needs to be re-evaluated, often unlearned. Organizations that are on the leading edge of change are able to provide leadership that facilitates change; that demands high acceptance of personal responsibility; leaders that coach, encourage and support creating an environment that fosters learning and innovation and inspires commitment.
This one-day overview is built around this new model of leadership. Use it as a vehicle for your new and existing leaders to:

METHODOLOGY

This is a highly interactive workshop involving case studies and role plays so participants can practice new behaviours and techniques. Participants will gain powerful personal insights from the feedback received during the program.
