In the history of human kind the pace of change has never been greater! Driven by the impact of technology; increasing volume of information; the growing expectations of more knowledgeable customers and employees; the pressures of a more competitive (often) global marketplace; and constant demands for our time and for productivity, the value of effective leadership must not be underestimated.
Much of what we know or associate with leadership is no longer valid in this environment. Our approach to leadership needs to be re-evaluated, often unlearned.
