Decode team strengths and lead smarter

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
When leaders want teams to operate in their strengths, engage faster with less friction, and avoid burnout, the Working Genius Leadership Lab becomes one of the most practical and high-impact experiences they can invest in! In this workshop, we give leaders a clear, actionable framework for aligning people with the work they’re naturally wired to do—resulting in higher engagement, tighter collaboration, clearer communication and dramatically improved execution.

The Working Genius Leadership Lab provides leaders with a productivity-focused assessment that identifies the natural gifts people bring to work. Unlike personality tools such as DiSC or Myers-Briggs, Working Genius maps the six stages of work and shows where individuals and teams thrive or find themselves struggling. Through a Team Mapping exercise, it helps to create a common language across teams, recognizing and leveraging each other’s strengths. This workshop helps leaders put the right people in the right roles at the right time—so people thrive while execution and results accelerate.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

  • People leaders
  • Leadership Teams or leaders collaborating across X-functional teams.

PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN:

  • How to identify and understand their own Working Genius profile
    • Leaders gain clarity on the types of work that energize them, drain them, and shape their natural leadership style.
  • How to improve cross-functional collaboration
    • They gain a shared language that reduces conflict and improves collaboration between departments.
  • How to diagnose team friction and stalled projects
    • They learn to spot where work is breaking down and why, using a simple, repeatable framework.
  • How to delegate based on strengths rather than availability and build more balanced teams
    • Leaders discover how to delegate with precision, identify gaps, overloads, and blind spots in team composition.
  • How to communicate more clearly and intentionally
    • Leaders understand how different geniuses process information and make decisions, resulting in more effective meetings, written and verbal communications.
