Phase 1: Leader and Team Integration (Months 1-3)
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
During this phase, the focus shifts from insight to application—embedding the Working Genius model into how the team actually operates.

COURSE OUTLINE
Teams begin actively applying the model to their day-to-day work, including:
- Projects: Structuring work across the Working Genius stages
- Meetings: Designing agendas that align with natural workflow
- Communication: Using shared language to improve clarity and reduce friction
- Decision-Making: Ensuring the right geniuses are engaged at the right stage
- Leadership Style: Leaders adapting how they lead, delegate, and support
Leadership Role: Leaders play a critical role in sustaining momentum by:
- Reinforcing the Working Genius language in everyday interactions
- Aligning responsibilities and expectations with individual strengths
- Identifying and addressing gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies
- Modeling behavior changes in their own leadership approach
METHODS TO BE USED
This is Phase 1 of a 2-phase extended program that stretches across 12 months. This module accounts for the first 3 months of training.
